Q1. Can you customize the size for me?
-- Yes, I can. If you have special request about size, please contact with us .

Q2. When do you ship for my order?
-- Dear customers, all linen products are customized style. There is no stock in our warehouse. We will arrange the customization at the first time when we received your order . The customization will take 2-3 days, If you need it urgently, please place an order in advance, we will arrange customization as soon as possible. Please forgive me for the inconvenience.

Q3 . Do I need to pay for the taxes?
-- Different country have different policy . Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the
item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers' responsibility.
-- We will write a lower vaule to help you get rid of tax. so please check with your local customs office to confirm what these additional cost will be.

Q4 . Is there any tracking number for my item?
-- Yes, we can give the tracking number to you once the order was sent out, and you can get the
details order status under your order details.

Q5 . How to care linen goods?
-- Cleaning method:
1. Washing and cleanning linen goods, machine washable( below 30 C/ 86 F) ；
2. Put the linen products into water(with fabric softener) and soak for 30 minutes；
3. Dry in the shade, don't expose it to the sun.
